1. Booking and Scheduling• Appointments can be booked online or via phone.
• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• A travel fee may apply for locations outside of our service area.2. Pricing and Payment• All pricing is provided upfront based on the number of windows and services selected.
• Quotes provided through online booking will be confirmed in-person on the day-of service.
• Quotes provided during online booking are estimates and are not a guaranteed price.
• Additional services (e.g., screen cleaning, track cleaning) must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
• Payment is due upon job completion. We accept cash and major credit cards.3. Service Guarantee• We guarantee streak-free results. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service, and we’ll address the issue at no additional cost.
• This guarantee does not cover damage or defects to windows or tracks caused by pre-existing conditions.4. Access and Preparation• Customers must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
• If customers desire interior services (screen cleaning, track cleaning, and so on) access to the building must be provided.
• Please remove any furniture, decorations, or obstacles near windows to ensure safe and efficient cleaning.
• If we cannot complete the job due to lack of access or preparation, a rescheduling fee may apply.5. Weather PolicyIn the event of rain or extreme weather, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.6. LiabilityWhile we take great care to prevent damage, Lyon Windows is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage to windows, tracks, or screens.
• Any items that are not moved or secured by the customer.Customers are responsible for informing us of any fragile or sensitive areas near the cleaning site prior to cleaning.7.
